Our Mission Statement
The objective of The Oasis Teen Café is to aid our community through generating upbeat social activities for teens in a secure location, to equip teens with new abilities and empower them to make positive choices for their futures, and to demonstrate our faith in Christ through love and acceptance of young adults from any walk of life.
Core Values (ERASE)
Encouragement (We will use words and actions that build-up one another’s self-esteem)
Respect (We will treat one another the way we want to be treated; we will honour our leadership, and not invade peoples space)
Acceptance (We will conduct ourselves in an unbiased manner. We understand that someone’s worth is not determined by their popularity or problems, each person will feel accepted when they walk in the doors.)Sincerity (We will display honesty and transparency with people and expect the same in return)
Excellence (We will strive for excellence in every job and activity carried out at The Oasis Teen Café, it should be said of us that we at the Café do our job well.)
